Sacred Roots Remembering – Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand that life can sometimes unfold in unexpected ways—whether it’s the universe calling, a busy schedule, or something else beyond your control. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me offer your spot to someone else who may need healing.

Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows us to find a new time that better suits your schedule. For cancellations less than 24 hours', a 50% charge will be applied for the session. 

No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a charge for the full amount of the session will be processed. I understand things can happen, and I’m happy to work with you to reschedule—but please be mindful of our sacred time together.
