I'm Lindsay Leggett — a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Death/Re-birth Doula and Guide for those walking through life’s sacred thresholds.
My work is rooted in deep presence, intuitive listening, and reverence for the body's innate wisdom. Whether through therapeutic touch, energy work, end-of-life care, or plant medicine connection, I help others return to themselves — gently, compassionately, and holistically.
My path has been shaped by years of dedicated study and soul-led service. I bring a trauma-informed approach to all I offer, blending clinical skill with ancestral remembrance and ritual care.
With over 40 hours of formal aromatherapy training, a lifelong relationship with the natural world, and deep trust in the healing power of Spirit, I meet each person where they are — with tenderness and grounded support.

Massage Therapy & Somatic Healing
As a licensed massage therapist, I offer intuitive, therapeutic bodywork that supports not only the release of tension but the re-connection to self. My touch is informed by trauma-sensitive care and energetic awareness, holding space for your body to feel safe, grounded, and heard. Whether you're seeking relief, restoration, or deeper embodiment, each session is tailored to honor your unique nervous system and needs.
Reiki & Energy Work
As a Reiki Master, I work with subtle energy to restore flow and balance throughout the body, mind, and spirit. These sessions are gentle yet potent, offering a container for emotional release, energetic realignment, and spiritual clarity. Reiki can be offered as a standalone session or integrated into bodywork and end-of-life support.
Death Doula & End-of-Life Care
I serve as a compassionate companion for individuals and families moving through the sacred transition of death. This may include emotional support, legacy work, ritual creation, or simply sitting in presence. As a death doula, I honor the dying process as a rite of passage — holding space with reverence, softness, and deep listening.
Ancestral & Plant Medicine Connection
With over 40 hours of aromatherapy study and a deep reverence for the plant world, I support others in building conscious, respectful relationships with plant allies. Whether through scent, ritual, or intuitive guidance, this work invites you into deeper partnership with the Earth and your own ancestral lineage. It’s not about fixing — it’s about remembering.
